On the 6th of June 2008 Gladedale (Northern Division) Limited, 55 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh EH3 9WJ issued through their solicitor Morisons LLP, Solicitors, Erskine House, 68 Queen Street, Edinburgh EH2 4NN (0131 226 6541) a Citation via Falkirk Sheriff Court (Court Ref. No. A373/08) against Colin Jack, 16 Macdonald Court, Larbert FK5 4FR to Interdict Colin Jack "from repeating, publishing, displaying, or posting on the internet or in any other place whereby they can be viewed by the public the narrative.....", as previously shown on this website. To ordain Colin Jack to remove the comments, and, to find Colin Jack liable to Gladedale (Northern Division) Limited in the expenses of the action.

Mr. Jack claims the narrative published previously on this website, in his opinion, was based purely on factual evidence, submitted by parties other than himself, and his personal experience. Mr. Jack also claims, in his opinion, that he has been driven to such lengths through sheer desperation and claims, in his opinion, that dealing with Bett Homes / Gladedale regarding the issues with his property has been a very unsatisfactory and frustrating experience. However the manner and form in which Mr. Jack presented the narrative previously on this website was not correct and could be construed as defamatory. Therefore the narrative as previously shown has been removed by third party access rights to this website. Metatags and the like used by search engines which contain parts of the narrative previously shown on this website have also been amended. Updating of search engine text is beyond the control of third party access however all necessary changes have been made.

Upon publication Mr. Jack will be informed of these amendments.
